International Research Scholars Programme

The Howard Hughes Medical Institute (HHMI), the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, the Wellcome Trust, and the Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation have announced the International Research Scholars Programme which aims to support up to 50 outstanding early career scientists/physicians worldwide.

The Programme aims to help develop scientific talent worldwide.

Awardees will receive a total of $650,000 over five years, and they can do research in their own countries.  Investigators from around the world can apply, but please review eligibility criteria before submitting an application.
