PROF  TOLA  ATINMO

Prof Atinmo is a professor of Nutrition at the College of Medicine, University of Ibadan, Ibadan Nigeria. He graduated from Cornell University, Ithaca, New York, USA. He was a past president of the Nutrition Society of Nigeria and past chairman of the Department of Human Nutrition at the University of Ibadan. Professor Atinmo was PI of the Nigeria National Micronutrient Survey and chairman of the National Committee on Micronutrient Deficiency Control. He was a member of the FAO/WHO/UNU Expert Consultation on Human Energy and Protein Requirements and WHO/FAO Expert consultation on Obesity. He is a consultant to the World Bank, UNICEF, WHO, FAO and UNU on Food and Nutrition Security issues and Micronutrient malnutrition
